General School Information

CICS Longwood is located at 1309 W. 95th Street, Chicago, IL 60643. Applications will be accepted in grades 3 -12.

School Hours

  • Mondays 3rd – 5th Grades 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
  • Mondays 6th – 12th Grades 8:15 am to 12:30 pm
  • Tuesday – Friday 3rd – 5th Grades 8:00 am – 3:10 pm
  • Tuesday – Friday 6th – 12th Grades 8:15 am – 3:00 pm

First day of school is August 21, 2017. Please note August 21st – 23rd are 12:30 dismissal days

Eligility to Attend

CICS Longwood accepts students in grades 3-12.

Meal Service

Breakfast and lunch service will be available to all students. CICS Longwood participates in the National School Lunch Program and free or reduced pricing is available to those students who meet the guidelines.

The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act requires school cafeterias to meet new federal nutrition standards for school lunches and breakfasts. Read our “School Meals Have Changed!” flyer to learn more!

School Uniforms

School uniforms may be bought at any store or from the school.

School Supplies

A list of supplies that is required for each incoming student will be available before school begins. These supplies should be brought in to the homeroom teacher on the first day of school.
